Avinash Gaikwad is an accomplished dance and drama educator with over a decade of experience in performance, choreography, and teaching. A 3-time International Champion and 2-time National Champion in Latin Ballroom Dance, he brings extensive performance and training experience to Step n Groove.
Trained and certified in Latin American Dance through the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing (ISTD), London, Avinash specialises in Rumba, Cha-Cha-Cha, Samba, Jive, Salsa, Bachata, Kizomba and Rueda, while also having expertise in Contemporary, Jazz and Hip-Hop.
With experience teaching at leading international and Indian schools and having taught over 1 lakh students across Maharashtra, he has developed a strong ability to connect with dancers of different ages and skill levels. His professional journey also includes 800+ performances worldwide, choreography for major brands and corporate organisations, and collaborations with leading Indian choreographers.
